Contact us beforehand and we can consult with you, producing a Preliminary design explaining the site constraints and what will or will not work with that block of land (e.g. can you have a four bedroom house, a 6x8m shed and a pool?). THIS CAN SAVE YOU THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN THE LONG RUN.

Requirements for a Preliminary Design
Permeability report – Number of bedrooms – Location of house, sheds, pools etc.

We can organise a Site Classification report required for the design
Of the buildings footings. A Permeability report required to
Calculate the on-site effluent disposal and creation of a Wastewater design or Articulation design depending on your specific requirements.
We can also organise installation and form submission to council
(If you already had a preliminary design with us and are not changing the hydraulic load the cost is deducted from the full Wastewater design fee)
